You will be guided through entering your delivery address.
Choose Ozow/Payfast as the payment method.
Review your order details before finalising the purchase.

2. Is my order discreet?

Discretion and privacy are top priorities for your deliveries.
The company ensures complete confidentiality of all orders.
Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, using nondescript brown cardboard boxes.
No markings on the packaging reveal the contents.
Parcels blend in with other packages, avoiding attention from postal workers or neighbours.

3. When will I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Outlier destinations take longer to reach than urban centres.

4. How do I pay?

Step 1 : Select Ozow/Payfast as your payment option when you shop online with us.

Step 2 : Select your bank. We have all 9 of South Africa’s major banks available to choose from.

Step 3 : Log in and select the account you want to pay from.

Step 4 : Accept the two-factor authentication request from your bank, and that’s it! Payment successful.

Yes, it can be. If your order is over R750, delivery is entirely free!

Velvet Avenue prioritises discretion and privacy throughout the entire delivery process.
Orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no branding or identifying markings.
Parcels are packaged within regular courier packaging, maintaining a nondescript appearance.
The waybill is removed to conceal any reference to Velvet Avenue. Only the courier barcode appears on the outside of the parcel.
Bank statements reflect a generic charge as “VA Online Shop” for added privacy.
Orders can be delivered to home or work without revealing their contents to anyone nearby.

8. About Door deliveries

The waybill system ensures efficient and accurate package delivery.
Delivery address details are validated using advanced scanning technology to ensure accuracy.
Accurate delivery information is crucial for timely delivery; be precise with address details.
Couriers make a second delivery attempt if no one is available during the initial visit.
Couriers have multiple deliveries per day, so an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
It’s recommended to be available all day for delivery, or designate someone to receive the package.
Discreet packaging allows deliveries to workplaces with confidence.
For high-security areas, coordinate with security or building management for successful delivery.
